You may cancel your subscription to Draftly AI at any time. Cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Pro features until the end of your current paid period.
We offer refunds for subscription payments if requested within 24 hours of the transaction.
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your transaction details. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
